Bold brushstrokes and meticulous highlights emphasize the reflective surfaces and timeless design, evoking both nostalgia and a rock ‘n’ roll attitude that makes this piece uniquely captivating.

This painting is dedicated to my son Tom, who first introduced me to the world of Porsche ownership. Departing from my usual style, I opted for a detailed depiction of the iconic 2007 Porsche 911 GT3, capturing its signature tinge of orange with precision. The piece celebrates the thrill of speed under control—there’s nothing better—while humorously acknowledging that, unfortunately, the roads are often less so. This work stands as a testament to passion, performance, and the joy of the drive.

Manhattan is synonymous with the iconic yellow taxis, and this loose, impressionistic painting captures the vibrant energy of New York City. Created in 2006 and left with my son in Rhode Island, the piece reflects my deep love for the city’s brash, colorful nature. I aimed to showcase the dynamic interplay of artificial lights—reflections and glitz from advertising signs, towering buildings, and bustling vehicles—all converging to form the unmistakable urban pulse of NYC. Though painted some time ago, it remains a personal tribute and a promise to return and explore more of the lesser-known street scenes that define the city that never sleeps.
